"THE BIRCHES SPA COTTAGE"
Stylish 2 bedroom cottage with queen bed in one bedroom and a queen and 2 singles in other bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the sitting room. (sleeping up to 8 guests) Fully equipped kitchen. Spa bathroom and laundry facilities. Amazing views and located right on the banks of The Derwent River. $245 per night for 4 Guests.

"THE DERWENT COTTAGE"
Stylish one bedroom cottage with queen and 2 singles in spacoius bedroom and single bed in the seperate sitting room (sleeping up to 5 or 6 guests). Seperate bathroom and well equipped kitchen with laundry facilities. Opens out onto a lush garden area directly overlooking The Derwent River. $155 per nigt for 2 Adults

"THE WILLOWS COTTAGE".
Contemporary studio cottage with queen bed and single bed with trundle bed ( sleeping up to 4 guests). Seperate bathroom and seperate well equipped kitchen/sitting area with laundry facilities. Opens out door sitting area overlooking the river. $145 per night for 2 Adults

"PADDY'S FLAT"
Modern studio unit with Queen bed and ensuite is lower level of 2 storey building located right on the riverbank with fantastic views. small kitchen area has sink, barfridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery but no facilities for cooking. $135 per night

All cottage include generous WELCOME continental breakfast porvisions. Geat for an overnight stay or just to get you started for a longer visit.

A truly fablous place to stay. Highly reccommended.

Excellent self catering accommodation with all needs catered for plus a cosy iron wood heater. Outstanding location with riverfront views. Everything of a very high standard. Excellent service without being intrusive.

Immidate feeling of privacy and relaxation as you take in the facilities provided. The outdoor garden, scenery and landscape is magnificent. A real "LIVING" feeling!

Close to Hobart but quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Located a short two minute drive from the town centre of New Norfolk, 25 minute drive to Hobart City, 45 minutes Hobart Airport.Makes this is an ideal base location with all of southern Tasmania's attractions easily accessiable from the site. These include the Salmon Ponds, Lake Pedder, Russell Falls at Mt Field National Park, Cadbury Chocolate Factory, Salamanca Markets and the convict settlement at Port Arthur as well as Geevston Air Walk.The Shingles Riverside Cottages is also a great stopover on the way to or from Strahan.
