Cottage, Self-contained apartment

"THE DERWENT COTTAGE" offers stylish, comfortable fully self contained accommodation.
The Spacious bedroom has a queen size bed,King single and trundle bed with electric blankets, cosy doonas and bath robes and a large wardrobe.
The Seperate elegantly appointed bathroom has large fluffy towells and overlooks the lush gardens and the Derwent River
A seperate fully equipped kitchen with the bonus of welcome generous continental breakfast provisions and laundry facilities with magic views to the river.
The seperate Dining and living room with it's own wood heater, sofa bed television,DVD and CD players opens out to the garden. This cottage can accommodate up to 5 or 6 guests and has porta cot available if required.

"THE WILLOWS COTTAGE" is a contemporary studio style cottage with queen size bed single bed and trundle bed , electric blankets,bath robes, ambient lighting. It has a fresh,seperate bathroom with large fluffy towells and lots of cupboard space.
The seperate fully equipped kitchen and dining area is crispy clean and comes with bonus generous welcome continental breakfast provisions and sliding glass doors opening out to your own private outdoor sitting area and has easy access to the river and Japanese style garden room and is ideal for a romantic stay for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 guests.

A truly fablous place to stay. Highly reccommended.

Excellent self catering accommodation with all needs catered for plus a cosy iron wood heater. Outstanding location with riverfront views. Everything of a very high standard. Excellent service without being intrusive.

Immidate feeling of privacy and relaxation as you take in the facilities provided. The outdoor garden, scenery and landscape is magnificent. A real "LIVING" feeling!

Close to Hobart but quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Locality

Located a short two minute drive from the town centre of New Norfolk's and a 25 minute drive to Hobart. Makes this is an ideal base location with all of southern Tasmania's attractions easily accessiable from the site. These include the Salmon Ponds, Lake Pedder, Lake Dobson and Russell Falls at Mt Field National Park, Cadbury Chocolate Factory, Salamanca Markets and the convict settlement at Port Arthur as well as Geevston Air Walk.The Shingles Riverside Cottages is also a great stopover on the way to or from Strahan.

Fish from the private jetty, swim in the solar heated inground swimming pool,cook up a feast on the bbq or just relax in the tranquil, private gardens.
Do as much or as little as you like in this seriously stunning location.
