Denmark Hill B&B is situated in a semi rural area just 5 minutes from New Norfolk, 35 minutes from Hobart and 45 minutes from the airport.
The House was built in 1830 and is constructed of sand stone and convict brick.
Although originally on 2,000 acres the house now nestles on 1.5 acres of a park-like English garden surrounded by hawthorn hedges.
There are long views across the Derwent Valley to the Mount Wellington mountain range.
