Kick back in this family friendly federation home with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms while the owners are out of town. Featuring enticing outdoor living areas at both the front and rear of the property. The front boasting a generous entertainer's deck taking in the expansive views of North Sydney and Sydney skyline, also providing excellent viewing of Sydney's fabulous New Year's Eve fireworks. A large gas BBQ and outdoor dining table for 6 make this the ultimate alfresco dining area.

Adjacent is the air-conditioned combined kitchendining area offering dining for 6 adjoining the well equipped kitchen. The front living room offers leather sofa seating with TV & DVD.

Bedrooms consist of a fabulous master complete with sleigh bed and ample built-in cupboard storage, 2nd bedroom with a single bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and the 4th bedroom also with a single size bed. Master bathroom with shower over the bath and wc. A family room is found adjacent to the kid's bedrooms with an 'L' shaped lounge, TV, DVD Xbox and air-conditioning. A further small bathroom with shower and wc. Laundry with top loading washing machine and clothes dryer.

Doors lead to the newly installed wet edge swimming pool, a private sanctuary that's bound to be a pleaser in the warmer months. Stairs lead up to toward the rear of the pool where the secure car parking for 1 car is found.

There is a separate flat located at the bottom of the house which is tenanted for 2 to 3 nights per week, however one would never know its there as there are separate entrances.

Location is key feature within a 10 minute walk to either ferry across harbour to the city or an approximate 5 minute walk to bus. Balmoral beach, Taronga Zoo, National Park headland walks and picnic areas are all within a 10 min drive of the property.
