"Truthfully described here on TakeABreak, we found every aspect to our expectations. In most other holiday apartments we begin our stay with cleaning here and there a bit, before feeling comfortable. That was not the case in the Neutral Bay Apartment. Everything down to the kitchen utensils is extremely well kept, clean and of superior quality. The apartment is on the sixth floor of a seven floor building, which is very quiet. We hardly ever heard any sound of the neighbours. Neutral Bay as an inner suburb gets its fair amount of traffic, but Yeo Street (were the apartment is located) is a side street and therefore only affected during peak rush hours and that is far outweighed by being only one block away from Neutral Bay Junction, were you can find bus stops (only one stop to the CBD) and many shops including a Coles supermarket (open 'til midnight seven days a week). Kurraba Point and Cremorne Point are close by, which offer superb views of the Sydney skyline. The Neutral Bay Apartment was a perfect choice for our stay in Sydney."

"Our recent stay at Neutral Bay Apartment was a resounding success!

The location was perfect for both attending our son's wedding in The Rocks on the Saturday morning and later that day at the reception in Mosman.

We were met on arrival at the apartment by one of the owners, who familiarised us with the layout and made sure we were comfortable with our surroundings.

The apartment is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and it was wonderful to have secure parking in the building - especially during the inclement weather we experienced during our stay in Sydney.

We would highly recommend The Neutral Bay Apartment to anyone who requires not only close proximity to the city but also ease of access to public transport and restaurant venues, as well as retail shops, within a 5 minute walk of their accommodation

We had a lovely stay at the apartment this week, it exceeded expectations as it was spotlessly clean and in good condition. Everything supplied has been thought through to make sure it is easy to set up home quickly.

Great location, very close to city and North Sydney for business and yet beautifully decorated that it felt like a home not a hotel.

We're very much appreciated the attention to detail to make our stay comfortable for us as a family with a high chair in good condition and a late checkout so our little one could sleep before the trip home.
