Property

Property is more than 7 acres in size - rainforest Australian bushland with many varieties of beautiful exotic native birds visiting in the trees and on our breakfast deck and kangaroos and wallabies grazing on grassy areas around the B&B accommodation. Large open areas for children to play.
Spacious pool for guests to use.

The Single rate does not apply on Friday and Saturday Night.

Extra adult $50 per night, child (to 12 years of age) $10-$25 per night, in same room only.

A surcharge applies for credit cards of 2%.

Bookings Policy
Bookings can be held with payment of 50% of total price as deposit within 7 days. For Christmas Holiday period, a 100% deposit is required. Where necessary, the balance is due on arrival. Minimum of 2 nights to book weekend nights in advance except when booking within 14 days of stay. One night available on last-minute basis.
Please note that single rates unavailable on Saturday nights or Public Holidays. The Easter and Christmas periods have minimum stays applicable upon application. Check-in is from 2.30pm and check-out by 10am unless otherwise determined

Cancellation policy:
Any deposit is refundable, less administration expenses if notification of cancellation is given one month in advance of booking. Half of deposit is refundable with up to two weeks notification. The deposit is non-refundable with less than two weeks notice of cancellation.
