Blueview is situated next to historic Nelson Presbyterian Church and offers panoramic views of Oxbow Lake, river mouth, estuary and ocean.

Whether it's a beautiful summer day with blue skies and torquoise waters or a winter morning with the sea mist rolling in, you will always enjoy a glorious view from inside or out.

Blueview has 2 decked areas - the front south facing deck to enjoy the view from outdoors - and the north facing covered rear decking with BBQ and outdoor setting. This overlooks a large backyard where there is plenty of room to park a boat or for the kids to kick the footy.

Kangaroos visit the yard early mornings or late evenings, but should you miss them there, they are only a short walk away. Perhaps take a morning walk or pre-dinner stroll and you will be sure to see kangaroos, emus and bird life.

Blueview has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, full bathroom with 2 way access (from hallway and master bedroom), and laundry.

Master bedroom has built-in wardrobe, full length mirror and clock radio.

The open plan living area has split system air conditioning, a cosy free- standing wood heater, digital TV and DVD player. A selection of DVD's and games are provided for your use.

Locality

Nelson is a small township situated on the mouth of the Glenelg River. It is the final town in Victoria's South West before crossing the border into South Australia. 35km east of Mt. Gambier, Nelson offers an ideal base for a tranquil holiday or short break.

Whether you are looking to relax by the calm waters of the estuary with your children, scuba dive, visit Margaret Rose Cave, wineries or Mt. Gambier, kayak, fish or ski on the river, take in the sites of the unique boat sheds dotted along the river, play tennis, bush walk or bird watch, you will be sure to enjoy yourself at Nelson.
