Holiday house

Enjoy the beautiful water views during the day and amazing sunsets of an afternoon when you stay at Calm Waters Corlette. Designed over 3 levels, this large home is ideal for 2x families wanting a relaxing private holiday away from the hustle and bustle. Drive to nearby Bagnalls Beach, about 10 mins drive from downtown Nelson Bay, d'Albora Marina, shopping, restaurants and more.
GROUND LEVEL: The kids will love the ground floor teenagers retreat/rumpus roomwhich offers a double sofa bed (foam mattress), TV and DVD player. The ground level also offers the main entrance, a single lock-up garage plus carport with a shared driveway andboat parking in front of carport.
MAIN LEVEL: The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen are positioned on the central main level and offer a 3x seater and a 2x seater lounge suite,a 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, split system air conditioning, a solid timber dining suite for 8 guests and sliding glass doors to a rear courtyard area.There is alsoaccess to the main front covered entertainment balcony with outdoor setting, gas BBQand beautiful water views over Corlette marina and across the Bay. The fully equipped kitchen has a wall oven and stove-top, dishwasher, standard size fridge / freezer, walk-in pantryand a breakfast bar area. Internal laundry facilities with front loading washing machine, a separtetoilet and access to the in-ground swimming pool (with pool furniture)isfrom this level,as well as the grassed rear yard and clothes line.
TOP LEVEL: The master bedroom with private ensuite bathroom is on the top level and includes a queen size bed, bedside tables, walk-in robe, TV, DVD, a split system air conditioning, water views and ensuite with glass shower, vanity and toilet. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed, bedside tables,wardrobe, coolerfanand a water view. Bedrooms 1 and 2each havea fly screen sliding door and access to a balcony.
