Tranquility Terms and Conditions

A guest registration form is required to be completed for all bookings. The registration form requests details of your name, address and telephone number, and is available on the website.

For all bookings 50% of the tariff is required as a deposit to confirm the booking and is payable within seven (7) days from the date you made the booking. The balance of the tariff together with any linen hire fees and a $500.00 security and damage bond is due seven (7) days prior to your arrival.

Payments are to be made by direct deposit, details will be provided when a booking is requested.

The security and damage bond will be returned to you following a satisfactory check of the property after your departure. Refund of the bond will be made by direct deposit into your bank account (please provide details at the time of booking) within 7 days of your departure date. In the event that security have to be called to the property, a deduction will be made from the bond of $200 plus the security company fee.

Linen, towelling and toiletries are not provided, please bring your own or it can be hired locally at a charge, if required please indicate on the enquiry form or ask at the time of making your booking. Please note linen must be used on all beds.

Special conditions apply for cancellations. If you cancel your accommodation and we can secure a replacement booking for the same period and at the same tariff, your deposit will be refunded less a $60.00 administration fee. If however the property cannot be relet, your deposit is not refundable. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable. Please note that a change of booking dates attracts the same conditions for cancellations as stated herein.
