Paradise is right at your back door from this spacious 5 bedroom home which has beach access via the pathway at the rear side of the property and leads down to the waters edge. The captivating waterviews and cool sea breezes can be enjoyed whilst relaxing on the full length balcony which offers BBQ and sliding door access to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Enjoy the beach, dolphin watch or picnic during the day and then relax of an evening in the comfortable air conditioned lounge room in front of the 50inch TV with FOXTEL and DVD. Other features include a fully equipped kitchen, 2 large bathrooms, a second living area downstairs, fully equipped laundry and an older style single lock-up garage.

The Nelson Bay CBD and Marina are approximately 2 minutes by car where you will find award winning restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping, cinema and Coles. Cruise boat operators depart daily from d Albora Marina on whale and dolphin watching cruises as well as the Ferry that runs 3 times a day between Nelson Bay and Tea Gardens. There is an 18 Hole Golf Course and club house to enjoy a day on the green, or a Bowling Club and the WESTS Club for entertainment or a bistro meal. Bring your 4WD and explore the largest moving sand mass in the southern hemisphere on the Stockton Sand Dunes, take a quad bike ride, camel ride or discover the Signa shipwreck. There are plenty of surf breaks as well as patrolled and unpatrolled beaches, bay swimming and a public pool with a waterslide for the kids.
