Very modern split level 3 B/R fully self contained duplex with commanding views over Port Stephens. The unit offer Airconditioning, 2 bathrooms (ensuite to main bedroom) 3 balconies, 1 with BBQ and outdoor setting under awnings. There is a lockup garage with remote access and a fully enclosed rear yard. The 3 bedrooms can sleep 5 guests comfortably. With a Futon sofa in the living room and a spare single mattress in the single room, total of 8 guests maximum can be accommodated. The unit is located 100 mtrs from the beaches (Bagnall & Dutchman) and approx 1 km from the main marina and restaurant area.
The main attractions in the area include swimming, cycling, golf, dolphin/whale watching, all water sports, golf, 4 WD tours & quad biking on the Stockton Sand Dunes, Sea plane flights, bush walking and much, much more!
