Holiday apartment

Unit 4 Oasis is a contemporary, spacious and immaculate fully self contained three bedroom unit with modern décor and excellent facilities to make your visit to this beautiful location perfect in every way. Glass windows the length of the large balcony allows a superb outlook toward D'Albora Marina Nelson Bay.
The unit is situated on Level One of a new complex and offers luxurious living. Absorb the beauty of the area and stroll 100 metres to the Marina, shops, restaurants and town centre. Also only 200 metres walk to the nearest family friendly beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite benches, electric cook-top, wall oven, dishwasher and microwave. It has a security lift for the sole use of residents, an intercom system and a lock-up 2 car garage within the secure underground car park.
This spacious accommodation features three comfortable bedrooms. With the large master bedroom offering queen size bed and ensuite with granite finishes. The second bedroom contains a double bed and the third bedroom two singles. The main bathroom contains a hand basin with granite finish, bathtub and shower and there is a separate powder room with toilet and hand basin. The apartment is fitted with ducted air conditioning.
Guests can relax in style with the latest in modern furnishings and Equipment. Sit back on our large leather sofa and watch your favourite movies on the latest LCD TV or listen to some tunes on the in house Stereo. Enjoy a round of golf, go fishing, swim with dolphins, test your nerve sand boarding or go off-roading in the spectacular sand dunes located nearby.
