Holiday house

This well maintained air conditioned holiday house offering floor boards throughout, not only caters for the family pet but for the kids as well with lots of toys, high chair and port-a-cot. The open plan living area has 3x 2 seater lounges, arm chair, TV, DVD, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan, a solid timber dining table with 6x padded chairs. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped and offers a dishwasher, gas upright stove, microwave, standard size fridge / freezer, breakfast bar with 2x stools and plenty of bench space to prepare family meals.
The main bedroom has a wrought iron queen size bed, with timber bedside tables, wardrobe and ceiling fan. The 2nd bedroom has a double size timber bed with matching bedside tables, wardrobe and ceiling fan with the 3rd bedroom offering a single bed, bunk bed ideal for the kids and wardrobe. The bathroom has a standard size bath, glass shower, vanity and toilet. There are also internal laundry facilities with a 2nd toilet, top loading washing machine, dryer with a hill hoist clothes line in the fully fenced backyard.
Other features of this property include a covered rear entertainment area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ, a front verandah with a 2nd outdoor setting, 2 dog kennels in the rear yard and ample off road parking space for your vehicle including a parking space for your trailer boat behind the front security gates.

Dog friendly Bagnalls Beach is only a 10 minute walk (approx.) where you can let the family dog run and play in the waves off the lead. The Nelson Bay CBD and d'Albora Marina is approximately 1.7km from the property and offers award winning restaurants, cafes, cinema, boutique shops plus whale and dolphin watching cruises which depart daily. (Whale Watching from mid May to mid November). The 27 Hole Golf Course at Nelson Bay is only 1.5km by car with the Stockton Sand Dunes only 11km away for sand boarding fun, quad bike riding, horse trail rides along the beach plus 4 wheel driving on the largest moving sand dunes in the Southern Hem
