Imagine getting away from it all and relaxing on your sun filled balcony with a glass of chilled wine overlooking the children splashing around in the solar heated pool. Having just been to the beach followed by a quick game of tennis on your own floodlit tennis court, a getaway doesn't get any better than this.

Unit 73 Bay Parklands, situated on the top floor, is spacious quiet and private and is nestled within 5 acres of serene tropical parklands within a resort style village atmosphere. Family friendly Little Beach is only 100 metres away and the breathtaking heads of Shoal Bay, its beaches and water vistas, are all within walking distance.

If you are looking for a family holiday or just a romantic getaway for two, this tastefully refurbished and immaculately presented apartment comprises 3 double bedrooms , 2 bathrooms including ensuite, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, sunny entertaining balcony with gourmet BBQ, Spa & solar heated pool, floodlit tennis court, undercover security car space with large private lockable storage room(ideal for surfboards,golf clubs etc) and a further car/boat space with boat washing facilities.
