Cottage

Located on 52 hectares of undulating pastureland, surrounded by Cyne Mallows Creek and pristine State Forest, Biddies cottage is a cosy getaway for those who wish to escape the crowds and relax in blissful solitude.

Biddies on farm cottage is only 3km on a dirt road directly off the Kings Highway, less than 2 hours from Canberra, 5km from Nelligen with a small café, nursery, take-away and small convenience store, wharf and BBQ facilities, boat ramp, Steampacket Pub, and only 12 minutes from the hub of Batemans Bay. The cottage has private access and all creature comforts such as air conditioning, a microwave and washing machine, CD and DVD player.

PLEASE NOTE: this property is unsuitable for babies, young children and teenagers. Please do not make a booking with children as refusal may offend.

Locality

Spend your days exploring the historic village of Nelligen, travel into Batemans Bay for shopping and restaurants, experience the gold mining village of Mogo and visit the snow leopards at the Mogo Zoo. Relax at any of the beaches along the south coast from Durras down to Broulee or go canoeing in the Clyde River at Nelligen. As evening falls you can watch the stunning sunset over the mountains from your veranda or wander down to a private jetty to enjoy the sunlight dissolving in the river with a spectacular array of colours.

Pet Friendly

For those who wouldn’t consider leaving their canine friend at home whilst on holidays Biddies offers a weather-proof kennel underneath the veranda and all well-behaved outdoor dogs are welcome. Please bring your own pet bedding and bowls. Biddies is also surrounded by fully fenced paddocks with plenty of sun and shade and guests are more than welcome to bring their horses. Lazy summer days can be spent trail-riding through the surrounding Benandarah State Forest with or without a guide.
