LocalityA short 5 minute stroll to the beautiful South end of Narrawallee beach or 20 minutes stroll to the North end and protected Narrawallee inlet.
Mollymook's famous beach is a 20 minute walk and Ulladulla is less than 10 minutes in the car. PropertyThis 1970's holiday house has been built in underneath the original upper storey to provide a wonderful living space with internal stairway connecting the two levels. The large tiled downstairs loungeroom is a great retreat as the weather warms or when the weather turns. This area opens directly to the new large deck, great for those sunny days and evening drinks. The downstairs bathroom has recently been renovated and also has a washing machine and laundry tub.
The kitchen and dining area upstairs opens onto the fully screened upstairs verandah through large bi-fold doors. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you will need during a stay. Outdoor tables and chairs are on both levels so that dining can be outside.
The backyard area is wonderful for children playing, a game of backyard cricket or for spending time in the shadows of the large gum trees. The local area has a wide range of beautiful Australian birdlife and many of these visit the backyard daily.
