Holiday house

With all the comforts of home our welcoming property comfortably sleeps 8 people -- (any more than 8 people - please make a special request with full details with your booking enquiry).

* Pet friendly property.

* All the bed linen and towels are supplied for each booking.

* Master Bedroom has a Queen bed with large mirrored built-in wardrobes and ceiling fan;

* Second Bedroom has a Double bed with large mirrored built-in wardrobes;

* Third large bedroom (rumpus room open plan style) has a Double bed, a double bunk beds and a single bed with under trundle bed, a ceiling fan and TV, DVD/VHS player.

* 1 bathroom with a mirrored vanity containing hair-dryer, heater, fan and various complimentary toiletries, a shower with a separate bathtub.

* A separate toilet.

* Outdoor hot/cold shower.

* A fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, large fridge, microwave and every type of kitchen appliances.

* A fully equipped laundry including iron, ironing board, laundry sink, washing machine, dryer and airer for your use.

* Lovely lounge area

* Two clothes lines

* Seperate TV room.

* Two TVs - 1 in the 3rd bedroom & 1 in the TV room, DVD and VCR player with Austar.

* Large selection of Books, Magazines, Kids toys,Videos/DVDs,CDs, board games for you to enjoy.

* In addition there are 2 outside verandahs complimented with outdoor settings, a Webber gas barbecue.

* For your comfort electric heaters are provided in the winter and fans provided for the summer months.

* Off street parking

* All this and only a short easy five minute stroll to the beach.

Many thanks for allowing us to rent your house in Narrawallee over the past weekend. It was without a doubt one of the best appointed rental properties my wife and I have ever rented during our 46 years of married bliss. The dogs were very happy and although the weather was somewhat ordinary, beach walks and a paddle in the ocean (quite warm really) were a lot of fun.

Locality

There is a group of shops, including an IGA, butchers, deli, chemist, bottleshop etc, is approximately one kilometer from the house.

Narrawallee and Mollymook beaches offer crystal clear water and fascinating rock pools and both are situated close to the towns of Milton & Ulladulla.

Dine at Rick Steins restaurant at Bannisters resort, or try the pool bar for a cocktail in the evening. Cupitts winery and restaurant has great food and views

There are two golf courses. A 9 hole by the sea and an 18 hole championship course.

There is deep sea fishing from Ulladualla harbour, horse riding or indoor bowling for the kids as well as Playland and cinema.

The historic village of Milton offers splendid browsing and shopping in craft and antique shops, restaurants and side walk cafes, galleries and bric-a-brac stores.

Only 5 minutes away from Milton or Ulladulla, you can enjoy half or whole day bush walks on Pigeon House Mountain, the Castle or the Budawangs.

Bushwalkers and nature enthusiasts are rewarded with sweeping coastal and rural panoramic views after conquering the three-hour return walk to the summit.

All this located in the Shoalhaven area of the South Coast of NSW and only a easy short three hours drive south of Sydney or east from Canberra. It is a most beautiful part of the south coast.

Property

Only 350 meters to the beach.

Lorikeets, parrots and lots of other lovely birds to see around the leafy lovely property.

There are outdoor settings for you to enjoy at both the front and back verandars.

The property is pet friendly and there is a large backyard with plenty of room for your pet to run around.

There is no smoking inside the house but ashtrays available for outdoors.

There is a Webber Bar-B-Q for your use off the front verandah next to the undercover car port (off street parking)
