A $1,000 bond paid in advance, will be required for all bookings; this will be fully refunded if no damage or losses.

Special Notes for guests staying a month or more:
There is no charge for excess water or gas usage.
For electricity; The utility power charges beyond $200 per month will be charged to the guest at cost when account becomes available to owner.
The owner will be responsible for all gardening maintenance.
