Holiday house

Narrabeen is a popular holiday location and this house is convenient to both the lake and the beach. Close to transport and a myriad of water activities and sports, there's something for every family member to enjoy. Catch a bus into the Sydney CBD (40mins) or Manly (bus 20mins) drive. Narrabeen is surrounded by either water or beautiful bush land - offering bushwalks, bird watching, horse riding. Along the lake there are plenty of picnic areas, canoeing club, restaurants, surfboard hire, tennis, and of course golf. The house is within easy reach of public transport, cafes restaurants and local shopping.

The single level living has slate floors in the kitchen and dining rooms and carpet in the lounge and verandah. There is a huge lounge, dining area and spacious well equipped kitchen. Bathroom and three large bedrooms. In addition a full length enclosed verandah provides space for recreation, table tennis, games or just sitting in a comfy armchair with a magazine

The house has two off street parking spots and 38 steps down to the house that although they are well made, wide and easy they do not make the house accessible for wheelchairs or people who would find steps difficult.

Easy access to shops, banks, supermarkets and endless restaurants both in Narrabeen and along the beachfront and lakefront, you won't be short of a feed. Cinema and poolgames arcade at Warriewood, crazy golf, don't forget the Academy of Sport is very close.

This house is ideally suited to the larger family or extended family. It is particularly suitable for executives relocating to Sydney. It is a pet friendly home so the four legged kids are welcome also.
Recent visitors include relocating executives and also families who have sold their house and are in the process of buying another.

Squashy sofas and comfortable arm chairs provide welcome relaxation after a busy activity filled day. You will often find that the house is much cooler than outside - it is double brick - and double glazed and has sun shades down the wester
