A private, gorgeous apartment with balcony and level lawn leading on to the sands of Narrabeen Beach. The apartment block has no neighbouring buldings so offers seclusion and a wonderful beachfront position.
Elegant dark timber floors contrast with crisp, white walls and modern furnishings.
2 double bedrooms with mirrored built-in robes. Bunk with double and single in 1 bedroom. Fold out sofa in Lounge.
A new kitchen with granite benches and European appliances.

Minutes to Narrabeen shops, cafes, restaurants . Bus to Sydney CBD a few metres away.(only 30 mins.) Inbetween Manly and palm Beach.

A spectacular beachfront 2 bedroom apartment in immaculate condition.
The Royal Surf block is unique in that it has reserves either side and so offers seclusion. This apartment which is beachfront with a garden and Northerly sun is arguably the best in the block.
