THIS IS A NON SMOKING TOWNHOUSE. The Townhouse is on 2 levels. There is one set of internal stairs to the first floor. Please indicate if there are mobility or sight limitations or other special health concerns of potential occupants. Additional Guests not quoted for on the initial request will be paid for at $50.00 per person per night. This Townhouse unfortunately doesnot allow for pets. This is a Body Corporate ruling. There is a one off exit cleaning cost of $100.00

* En - Suite with shower, toilet, vanity basin and mirror in master bedroom.
* Large Walk - In Wardrobe in master bedroom.
* Additional Sofa Couch, glass side tables and magazines. Standard reading lamps. Carpeted. All in master bedroom.
* Size of Bedroom = 5.5 meters long.

* Second Bedroom with 2 x king single beds and large B / I mirror wardrobe. Reading Lamp, Clock Radio. Carpeted.

* Large Bathroom (next door to second bedroom) with bath and shower, vanity and toilet. Hair dryer.

DOWN STAIRS:
* Lounge Room with sofa couch and arm chair, foot rests, coffee table, T.V, VCR, DVD. Videos and DVD's available.

Locality

Narrabeen Beach is one of many spectacular beaches in which to stroll along, sit in the warmth of the sun, swim, surf, relax and admire.

Narrabeen Lakes offers beautiful walks, fine dining restaurants or cafes, BBQ facilities.

The Markets along the Lakes are held once a month on the 3rd Sunday.

There are 6 championship Golf Courses nearby within 5 minutes to 15 minutes by car. Also a Golf Driving Range at Narrabeen and a children's Putt Putt Course.

Many excellent Restaurants to choose from and include Chilli, Indian, Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese and lots of take a way food out lets including Gloria Jeans Coffee House, Pizza, Chicken and Fish and Chips and Hamburgers.
The majority of these food outlets also provide home delivery service.

Cinema complex is situated in the next suburb offering 8 movie theatre choices.

Large Shopping Complex with dozens of specialty shops is located 2 suburbs away and on the bus route.

BBQ facilities with Children's Playground 500 meters from the Townhouse and the pathway to the surf is 5 meters away. Too perfect.

Well maintained, clean property with modern and new furnishings in contemporary decor, beige carpet and light blue walls.

STRICTLY NON SMOKING.

NOISE to be kept low at all times.

Townhouse is not suitable for people with physical disabilities due to 14 internal steps to the first floor.
