For the benefit of other guests we ask that all droppings are cleaned up.Pets are not allowed in the pool area. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE CATS PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY. All other pets by negotiation prior to arrival

Clark Bay Farm is situated on the western side of Wagonga inlet on "Clarkes Bay". 4.7 kls from Narooma Turning left immediately North of the bridge (right if you are coming from Sydney) Clark bay was built from the ground up to make sure that access for everyone was insured so there are NO physical access issues to any of our cabins. Each cabin has been designed to provide as much space as possble for living in. Our bedrooms are spacious (with king sized doubles and still plenty of room),choice of double ensuite or single large with spa and seperate shower bathrooms, kitchens "state of the art"fully complemented for 6 with electromagnetic cook tops, microwave, adjustable height benches, (with 4 burner BBQ on all verandahs). reverse cycle air con and latest in TV/DVD and video. We do allow well trained dogs but DO NOT under any circumstances allow CATS or other noxious pets. If in doubt please ask

Locality

Narooma is number 3 in the worlds top 10 mildest climates with an average summer top temp of 23.7 deg and an average winter top temp of 17.3 making it a year round holiday destination. It has a world wide reputation for fishing. Montague island(7 kls off the coast) has won International Awards for its conservation of wildlife (Tours are avaiable) There are 187 species of birds listed on and around the inlet. With modern pubs, clubs and a golf course listed as number 64 in Aust. There are actvities for all, or just sit in the sun and listen to the bell birds. The choice is yours

Property

The most unique feature of Clark Bay is that you are only ever sharing the 25 acres of space with a maximum of 3 other families or groups. The upside of this is that if you are looking for a destination for a family renunion away from the hustle and bustle of town this is the place for you!
