Locality

Main Kianga beach directly below house. Superb views of Montague Island. Excellent fishing in inlet and from beach and deep sea fishing (charters in Narooma). 5 minutes drive from town of Narooma (approximately 8000 people population). Good shopping and restaurants. Tours available of Montague Island and whale watching. Beautiful coastal location. Excellent safe beaches (some patrolled). Good bushwalking. Lovely boardwalk and good playgrounds nearby (few minutes)
