If you are coming to Sydney try Narumburn in leafy North Sydney this is a delightful apartment and is beautifully furnished in traditional style with some French influence in the choice of curtains and the very comfortable sofa. The apartment is suitable for one or two persons. A small child could be accommodated.

There are carpets throughout the living and bedroom areas
On the ground floor level the lounge and dining area is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a gas top stove and an electric oven. There is also a dishwasher.
It is fully equipped with cooking pots and utensils, tableware, crockery and cutlery for four persons. The kitchen floor is tiled.
The dining table seats four persons.

On the first floor
An excellent modern bathroom, with a shower cubicle and a new sink unit with plenty of drawer space.

The bedroom has a queen bed and two built-in wardrobes; one of these as well as a hanging rail and hangers has shelving giving abundant storage space for clothes. The other one has a hanging rail and storage space for your suitcases etc.

Foxtel is installed at this property and is included in the rent it includes several packages; Sports, Showtime, Movies and several other popular channels.

As this property is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a charge for a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay. This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons.

The apartment is in close proximity to Shore School, St Aloysius, Loreto School Kirribilli, Wenona Girls School, Monte Sant Angelo College. So if you were to visit your children it is a breeze.

Immediate access via Merrenburn Ave to Warringah Freeway which will take you to the CBD. Royal North Shore Hospital is only 2 minutes away
It is only a short trip to Taronga Zoo and Luna Park.
