Location is a key feature of the property - a 5 minute walk over the old timber railway bridge brings you to the main street of Nannup, a quaint timber town in the heart of the Blackwood River Valley. Yet the view from the verandah of the house is of the rolling hills that surround the town.

LocalityThe property is visible from the Vasse Highway, and just 2 kms from the town. It is a short and pleasurable walk to town via the old timber railway bridge. PropertyQueenslander-style house with each bedroom opening directly on to the verandah. 5 acres, bordered by river and forest. Lovely valley views. Ideal for walkers and off-road cyclists.
