Three charming cottages in an idyllic setting on the banks of the Blackwood River. Each cottage has a secluded and private setting with views of river, forest or open farmland.
Guests can enjoy the warm bubbling waters of their own private double spa,hire an on site canoe (discounted fee for our guests), follow walk trails in the nearby forest, admire the wildflowers, bird life and kangaroos or simply laze on their private verandah setting, fish or swim. On site canoe hire is available (guests - 50% off).
The only sounds you will hear are the birds singing and the wind in the trees.

Locality
Located on the banks of the Blackwood River allows guests an opportunity to hire an on-site canoe and paddle this scenic stretch of the river. Canoeists can take a picnic and alight at one of several secluded sites deep in the forest reached only by canoe.
The town of Nannup is only twelve kilometres away and has delightful restaurants and there are several cheese artisans within an easy drive. There are also several local wineries to be enjoyed and a visit to one of the best antique shops in the South West is a must.

Blackwood River Cottages is only twelve kilometres from the town of Nannup. The forty acre property is surrounded by forest and river and provides a nunber of walk trails along the river bank, in the nearby forest or around the property. Sightings of birdlife from your balcony can include the blue fairy wren and the scarlet breasted robin. Sightings of possums and kangaroos are common. Keen photographers and artists can delight in the myriad of opportunities to be found on this historic riverside property.
