Holiday unit

2 Queen Bedrooms plus the 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Seperate Bathroom & Toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen adjoins the family room complete with TV, DVD Player.
The family room, with it's spectacular 180 degrees Ocean Views, is large enough for the group to settle down relaxing on comfortable leather lounges and watch our magnificent sunsets over the Indian Ocean

Locality

This luxury unit is a rare find on the coast in the Northern Suburbs of Perth.
Only 25 minutes drive along the Mitchell Freeway or 15 minutes by train to Perths CBD.

A short walk to the pristine Indian Ocean and golden sands and centrally located to Schools, Shopping Centres, Restaurants, and an abundance of Entertainment Options.

Conveniently Located with easy access either by Public Transport, drive or walk along the beach to all the local attractions. Including 'HILLARYS MARINA' with things to do, eat or buy for all ages.

There is also A.Q.U.A an 'Underwater World" experience with all it's sharks & marine life, or catch a 40 minute ferry ride to Rottnest Island.

Or if you prefer to just sit back and relax then you can visit MULLALOO BEACH HOTEL(Pub) where they serve Breakfast through to Dinner in elegent surroundings.
