The beach house has been fully renovated with nice stainless steel appliances in the large kitchen/family which is great for entertaining. This large room has lovely new floorboards and contempory furniture. The alfresco which is accessable from this great space comes complete with a large cane outdoor setting,6 person spa and over looks the huge garden.All this just a two minute walk to the beach, bar,restaurant and great parks for that Sunday bbq.
LocalityMullaloo is a lovely coastal suburb right on the Sunset Coast tourist drive which meanders down the North Beaches. The drive is absolutely beautiful at sunset. You can choose from long white sandy beaches or the small coves that begin at North Beach. There are many restaurants that are walking distance from the house including indian, thai, chinese ect. the list goes on. The cinema is also walking distance from the property.
