Holiday house

Escape to beautiful Mudjimba Beach on the north shore of Maroochydore, centre of the Sunshine Coast. Both your family and your pet will love the dog friendly beach a short distance away and the playground/park right next door. Located within a 2minute walk from shops, public transport, tavern and restaurants - this 2 BEDROOM HOLIDAY HOUSE sleeping 6 people and STUDIO STYLE SHACK sleeping 3 people, are in an ideal location with all amenities nearby.
Join the friendly local surfers at the great beach break, or for the more adventurous, paddle out to Old Woman Island and experience what the points have to offer. A boat ramp on the north-side of the Maroochy River is close by for fishing/water sport enthusiasts. Closer still, stroll down to the canal to through in a line with the kids.
When your day is done, come back to comfortable accommodation, perfect for relaxing after a hard day's play.
Airconditioning, off street, shaded parking, and seperate enclosed backyards with a 6ft fences and a charcoal bbq at the house, are some of the features this property offers. Right next door is the park with undercover electric bbq facilities. Bedding is provided (blankets and pillows) Starting from a low $90 per night at the house and $70 per night at the shack, for extended stays, this property is a great value for money holiday getaway for the family and pet.

Easy access off the Sunshine Motorway heading north from Maroochydore, this property is located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast making it a perfect base to explore all the exciting tourist attractions.
A short 1,5km drive or walk will find you at the picturesque Mudjimba Beach.

The house has open plan living and is tiled throughout with two carpeted bedrooms, sleeping 6 people. One bathroom with shower/bath combination & seperate toilet. There is a queen size bed in the main bedroom and a double and 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom. Seperate Laundry with washing machine.
Undercover outdoor entertainment area and charcoal BBQ.
The Shack is large studio style accommodation with en-suite, kitchenette and open plan dining & lounge. There is a double bed and sleeper couch sleeping 3 people. The backyards are seperate and have 6ft fencing for your dog. Shaded undercover off street parking available.
