Directly across from Mudjimba Beach - a beautiful lifeguard patrolled & dog friendly beach. You are within walking distance to local shops and a choice of 3 restaurants.

Mudjimba Beach is situated on the North Shore of Maroochydore. The beach stretches from Maroochy River in the south to Yaroomba in the north. Paddle out to Old Woman Island. Boat ramp on the north side of Maroochy River is closeby for fishing or water sport enthusiasts.

The picturesque Twin Waters Golf Club is only a couple of minutes drive or for the fit, you can walk down the beach to Twin Waters resturant for a buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also three resturants are within a short stroll.

Your accommodation is just across the road from a new playground for the kids to have fun, fully equipped with monkey bars, swings and covered barbeques.

This townhouse (set of only 2) provides modern furniture & fittings to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. A barbeque and patio setting are set in a large lush garden. Back yard is securely enclosed.
