Holiday house

Escape to beautiful Mudjimba Beach on the north shore of Maroochydore, in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. Both you and your dog will love the dog friendly beach a short 700m level stroll away. The beach itself stretches from the Maroochy River in the south to Yaroomba in the north so you can stay healthy while on holiday by taking long, brisk walks in either picturesque direction.
Join the friendly local surfers at the great beach break or, for the more adventurous, paddle out to Old Woman Island and experience what the points have to offer. A boat ramp on the north side of Maroochy River is close by for fishing or water sport enthusiasts.
Then come back to the comfort of your nearly new, modern 3 bedroom accommodation with en-suite and full bathroom. Tastefully furnished and fully self contained, the house sleeps 6 people. The property is air-conditioned and has a dishwasher & seperate laundry. Off street parking available. A fully enclosed courtyard garden keeps your pet safe while you explore nearby restuarants and other fantastic Sunshine Coast tourist attractions. Bedding is provided (blankets and pillows) Rates starting from $125 per night or $735 per week for extended stays, this holiday home comes out tops! (This property is not suitable for "schoolies groups". Easter = 4 nights minimum, Thurs - Mon. )

Suitable only for persons with limited mobility but not wheelchair users, Step or lip exists to the entry door, Step or lip exists to the shower, Chairs are permitted in the shower.

The property is ground floor but has one step from the garage and the front door to the interior so is not ideally suited to wheelchairs.

Pet friendly

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Secure, fully fenced running area, Food and water bowls provided.

The back of the property has an 1800mm high fence in the courtyard and the front of the property has a 1200mm high fence at the small garden area. Dogs are allowed inside in the living areas but not allowed in the bedrooms.
