Our home set on 50 acreas 7kms Sydney side of Mudgee with fantastic views over the valley.Enjoy sunrise on the veranda and then partake in a full country breakfast, enjoy walks over the property, have a chat with the Alpacas, feed our 3 Miniture Horses.

Bed & Breakfast, Farm stays

Our newly built western red cedar purpose built B & B home with a huge veranda, where you can just relax or read a book. Complimentary wine,port & Chocolates on Saturday night. In winter cuddle up in front of the open fire with a coffee & port and a good friend. We are here to pamper YOU.

Two rooms with queen size Sealy Health Care beds , Egyptian Linen,each with private facilities. Each room has T.V. & DVD& Complimentary toiletrities, hair dryer, bath robes,extra towels. Plus Hot water bottles.
Tea and coffee making facilities available in the guest lounge room also a small fridge with complimentary soft drinks and water you can also store some of your goodies there. T.V & DVD also in the loungeroom.
Small selection of books and playing cards,ganesand DVD's.

Iron and ironing board available.
I can arange wine tours and make dinner reservations for you if you wish.

Also why not treat yourself to a massage I can arrange it for you.

Olive oil tastings, Golf,Lots and lots of wonderful drives around the area, Sofala, Rylstone visit Dunns Swamp. Gulgong for a day visit, Dubbo Zoo 1 1/2 hours drive great for another day. And of course lots of wine tasting.Art Galleries.

Property

We are new but we are getting there, come and see for yourself. We have four very friendly Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs, eight Alpacas and 3 Miniture Horses. We are set 450mts from the main road on a hill ( the trees are growing)A must to stay, we even love it, we made the bush change from Sydney and can strongly recommend it, see you soon.
