Pet friendly

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted,
Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside

Well behaved, house trained pets are welcome. They are not allowed in the carpetted areas or on the furniture. Beds/Dishes/Food can be arranged at an additional cost. We also offer a dog washing service and dogsitting service which must be arranged in advance. All dogs must have a current C5 vaccination (proof required). We do have our own dogs and livestock on the property. Any damage to furnishings and/or livestock will be the responsibility of the Guests.

Cottage, Spa

The cottage has two bedrooms and is fully self contained and tastefully decorated.

All linen and towels are provided. Facilities include TV, DVD, barbeque, wood burning stove for those cosy winter evenings, and reverse cycle air conditioning for summer. The pantry is stocked with basic essentials.

Complimentary breakfast packs are included in the price, which include our eggs from our own happy hens.

About Mudgee
Located approximately 270k North West of Sydney on the western edge of the Great Dividing Range, Mudgee is home to over 40 wineries and has a viticultural history dating back to 1858.

Mudgee is a fantastic destination for quality wine, excellent food. Local produce is available in many cafes and restaurants or from farm gate and gourmet food suppliers.
Things to do
•Visit cellar doors and sample some of the local wines or try out Mudgee’s brewery. Visit the nearby historic townships of Rhylstone, Kandos, Gulgong & Hill End
•Farm walks - third Sunday of every month visit producers of olives, free range, pork, vegetables, hazelnuts and sheep & goat cheeses.
•Colonial Museum on Market Street.

•Historic Hill End Museum with its huge goldfields collection

The list is endless, a visit to the Visitor Centre will give you a look at what’s on the week as well as numerous other suggestions.

the property is tastefully decorated and has a deck complete with a spa.

Both bedrooms, have Queens Beds and a fold-out bed is available on request..

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a weber bbq.

The property is also home to Baidland Hill Highland Cattle Fold which graze in the paddocks surrounding the cottage.
