The Shady Creek Cabin is a spectacular rustic timber cottage set on the hill side above a large expanse of parkland that runs along a creek.
Imagine peaceful and serene walks along the creek or steep, challenging country hikes. Swinging in a hammock with a book, or just sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and listening to bird songs. There's the traditional Aussie bush barbie by the creek, swings for the kids and plenty of room for the kids and dog to play.
The cabin is fully self contained and features all modern conveniences, including air conditioning and a microwave oven.
LocalityShady Creek is just a 15 minute drive west of Mudgee on the Hill End Rd.
There are interesting historical sites to visit in the area as well as some of the famous Mudgee wineries. PropertyThe district is well known for gold, and visitors to the area commonly take home small trophys after trying their hand at prospecting.
