Life in Mount LawleyAdair Apartment is in an upmarket suburb with access to transport and close to most of the action!
There is ample opportunity to take advantage of Perth's superb weather by experiencing free picnic concerts (ask me), its sporting and leisure facilities such as the local tennis court (you can become a social member) and golf club, swimming pool and gym and the nearby huge park which has barbecues, walks, sports etc. There are several nightclubs for the younger set in Beaufort Street and some very good restaurants. Or you might like to take up salsa or swing dancing - free lessons are available around the city (again, ask me).
Mount Lawley/Coolbinia is not far from pristine beaches, where beach volleyball is popular, visitors like to learn to snorkle, scuba dive and surf.
It is positioned 15 minutes from the airports and is close to a maternity hospital, should you be in the market. Experience PerthPerth is the most isolated capital city in the world but is up with the rest of the world in terms of eating out, fashion,
accommodation and natural attractions.
