Hidden away in a beautiful mountain valley, Cedars is a 100 acre oasis of luxury and calm.
Modern interiors and facilities include two person spas, cosy fire, LCD or plasma satellite TV's, surround sound and DVD/CD players and IPOD docking stations.
There are two, one bedroom split level open plan cottages and two, two bedroom cottages, one of these has an adjoining loft bedroom for an extra couple making it perfect for family and friends, but is still a romantic option for one couple.
Breakfast hampers for a full breakfast are provided for your arrival and include free range eggs and plunger coffee, while advance notice is required for in-house massage, restaurant transfers by car of helicopter, and winery/golf tours.
Four deluxe dwellings (Terrace, Ridge, Creek and Gums cottages)are dotted throughout this dense, 40ha valley perched on the side of a mountain valley. Completely secluded from one another, this could be the most private and luxurious boutique outfit currently operating in the Hunter. With simple exteriors and expansive verandahs, each cottage's interior is a study in clean, simple, modern elegance. Robert Molines (ex Roberts of Peppertree) will open his new restaurant at Tallavera Grove by October 2008. (About 6 - 7 minutes drive from Cedars).
Hot air ballooning, horse riding, helicopter flights and bicycle hire are available in Pokolbin, as well as premier golf courses, cheese factories and The Blue Tongue Brewery. PropertyCedars Mount View is less that 20 minutes to the heart of Pokolbin, 20 minutes to the historic village of Wollombi and 12 minutes to Cessnock for shopping. The nearest airport is next to the visitors information centre at Pokolbin. The historic village of morpeth and Maitland are about 30 minutes drive.
