Holiday house

Winterglen is in a spectacular yet peaceful position, with breathtaking views of the Kanimbla Valley and its escarpment, all the way to Mount Blackheath. It is a stone's throw to nearby walks and the famous Mt Piddington rock climbs. Charming local shops, tea rooms and a perfect country pub are just a short stroll away. It is a 5 minute drive to the busier centre of Blackheath, and not much more to the Zig Zag Railway, access to Jenolan Caves etc.

No expense has been spared in the fit out and furnishing of this property, ensuring you will feel like you have had a luxury holiday. All linen and towels are provided to make settling in and leaving trouble free.

The modern stylish kitchen is well equipped for gourmet meals, and the rear deck is perfect for morning coffees, afternoon champagnes and meals at any time of day.

The main living area contains a slow combustion fireplace, comfortable seating and a tvdvdcd player.

Hydronic heating ensures the house is deliciously warm and cosy even on the coldest days, and all main beds have electric blankets and wool filled duvets.

Almost all rooms make the most of the spectacular cliff and bush views. Sunsets are not to be missed as they light up the cliff faces into the valley.

The house is ideal for couples seeking a cosy weekend away, with a romantic master bedroom looking out onto the garden and high dormer windows to see the stars at night. There is a walk through ensuite bathroom and walk in robe.

The house is also perfect for families, as one bedroom contains bunks and a cot. There is a playroom upstairs from the living area, containing a tvvideo with a limited selection of children's videos and toys, a rocking horse, child's table for two, fold out child's lounge and two lounges for supervising adults!!!

Groups will be extremely comfortable with two seperate QS bedrooms downstairs with their own bathroom and external access.
