Sunshine drive is located next sunshine reserve in Mt Martha
on a quite un made road , with bay views , a short walk to the rocks for fishing or swimming

The property has a large living area with a deck for out side dining , kitchen with gas oven fridge and dish washer , main bed room with air con, 2nd bed room with bunks , down stairs living area with pool table tv , shower , toilet double bed and bunks and a rollaway bed

Sunshinedrive is close to shops the beach and transport
the Mornington Peninsula wineries are close at hand , boat ramps are a short drive away , with plenty of room for parking , Sunshine drive is ideal for a large family holiday

Family , fishing groups, wine groups , quite get away
