Holiday house

Picture yourselves truely relaxing in a therapeutic spa, enjoying the massaging jets and exclusive views; only after lounging around on sunlounges after having a BBQ on an expansive deck. Day or night, summer or winter, there is a true feeling of relaxation here.Completed at the end of September 2010, this still new house has all you will need for a perfect time away.

Downstairs is all open plan, containing living, dining and kitchen areas. There are three sets of double doors opening onto the extra-large deck which overlooks the valley and tree tops.

The living area has a large chais sofa; another 3 piece sofa with 50" plasma TV; DVD player & stereo; split system A/C; Central gas ducted heating; Large kitchen/dining with dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, large pantry & fridge, 3 bar stools along breakfast bench plus a 6pp dining table.

Upstairs offers a fantastic parents retreat with another sun deck & sea views which can be accessed from 2 master size bedrooms both with ensuites and plenty of robe space. In between both bedrooms, the living area offers another 2 comfy spacious sofas, another 50" plasma TV, DVD player & stereo, and a kitchenette with bar fridge, sink & microwave. Upper Sun deck has a 4pp outdoor setting.

The main bathroom down stairs contains a large bath tub, shower, bidet and toilet. There is a separate large laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment.

The gardens are landscaped with an automated watering system and sealed drive. Adjoining the house is a large double remote garage in addition to plenty of off street parking for up to 6 cars.
