Holiday house
Comfortable, well-appointed family holiday home has been recently renovated by the owners for holiday lettings. Delightful views of Mt. Martha beach and bay, with city lights at night. 5 mins walk to beautiful Mt Martha South Beach with safe swimming and sandbanks. Wonderful relaxing area with great variety of walks, restaurants, wineries and cafes.

'Footprints in the Sand' is a bright, sunny family holiday home with lounge/dining room opening onto a north facing deck.
With 4 bedrooms, the house sleeps 8 (2
x queen and 4 single beds), has 1 bathroom and another bathroom/ laundry combined, in which there is both a separate toilet and
a separate shower, fully equipped kitchen , large BBQ on the deck and a double carport.
The lounge/dining has a 42” plasma T.V., Blu-ray player and gas heater.
All linen is provided.
