Situated in the most beautiful part of Mt Martha, Daelena Cottage is all that you need for a relaxing stay near the bay. Nestled amongst a beautiful English garden setting, the cottage also includes view of the Port Phillip Bay and is within 5 minutes drive to the famous Mt Martha village, South beach and Safety beach. Daelena is also a short walking distance to Sunshine Reserve for keen bushwalkers.
The house is tastefully decorated with french provincial furniture. Three well equiped bedrooms with BIRs can comfortably accommodate 6 adults. The main bedroom has a white leather hotel style queen size bed, an ensuite and walk-in-robe. Upstairs are two large bedrooms - one has a queen size bed, the other has two single king single beds, which can be zipped up to make a full king size bed.
The living room with superb bayview and serene garden views is equiped with comfortable lounge suite, 42 inch Plasma, DVD/home theater system with ipod docking.
The architecturally designed dining area has high ceiling and large windows with lookout to bayview and surrounding cottage garden. The dining area also opens out onto a spacious sundeck with outdoor furniture, BBQ, and umbrella.
Daelena Cottage has a fully equiped kitchen with Dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, and all cutleries and crockeries for all your needs. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer for the longer stays.
The house has two bathrooms and toilets and is fully airconditioned and has ducted heating

What a wonderful, wonderful weekend. Before we even reached destination, the bay view along the Esplanade is breath taking, taking us into our holiday mood. The house is just a stone throw from the beach, it is new, bright, airy and very clean with a nautical theme, set in a lush garden setting.
What was nice, the comfort level of home. None of this plastic cups and plates on a cheap weekend getaway, the amenities in the house are all top notch.
