Drive two minutes to Mount Martha village, beach and foreshore beachbox, and only ten minutes to the shops and café life of Mornington.
Close to Mornington Peninsula wineries,
restaurants, galleries,golf courses and weekend markets.
Great beaches, rock pools, bush walks,
cycling, fishing and boating.
The open living and dining area has a cozy wood heater, reverse cycle air conditioner and well-equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher.
A wide deck allows for casual BBQ and outdoor living, and overlooks a large native garden leading down to a treed valley.
Native birds and koalas are regular visitors to this peaceful and natural
setting.
A continental breakfast hamper is also included in the cost of staying weekends at Barraca Holiday House.

Prices include full linen for up to 8 people and range from $400 for a weekend (Friday & Saturday nights)to $800 for a weekly stay during autumn and winter. Prices range from $650 for a weekend (Friday & Saturday nights)to $1600 for a weekly stay during spring and summer. 5% discount is available for groups of no more than 4 people. Weekly changeover day is Sunday during summer. An original beachbox located on the waterfront foreshore reserve is included in the price. Bond is charged. The property is strictly for residential guests only, no venue use will be accepted.
