At night you can sea all the bayside suburbs lights like a diamond necklace round the bay.

Sea breezes in summer as two walls open up to let you enjoy the open air inside too.

Cosy in winter with gas log fire for atmosphere and central heating for your comfort.

Migrating birds can be seen as well as dolphins and the occasional lightning display.

Enjoy a breakfast either inside or out on the upper deck-the view is the same-beautiful by day or by night.

Local Wineries and Restuarants abound nearby.

The features of the property is the newly furnished main bedroom with water views, completely self contained full size kitchen with all new modern appliances. Additional features are outdoor dining and BBQ area. Sundecks with shade awning and lounges.

The close proximity to all Tourist attractions on the Peninsula and right near all the Wineries of the Region all within 10-20 minutes drive from the property.

Situated 5 mins away from new Martha Cove with all the boardwalks and cafes on the waterfront at the marina.

This property has recently undergone a major renovation and this top storey apartment is totally new and refurbished to be a special "stay on the bay" experience.
Outdoor Pool and heated Spa and Sun deck area is open for guest use for day use only. Hours are 10am to 8pm.

Situated on a private no through road,the luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment is the upper floor of a two storey residence and is fully self contained with new fittings and furnishings. Every room has views of the water from extensive panorama in the lounge area to window views from the other rooms.
The main bathroom has a spa bath and the outdoor pool area has a heated spa for 4-6 persons. The pool and spa is a salt water horizon pool and is an award winning pool design.
You can enjoy a sunset and breathtaking views of the bay from the pool without seeing anything but water and the passing boats and ships.
