Holiday house

Garden House is a fully equipped large spacious 3 bedroom house situated in the heart of Normanville and a 5 minute walk to beach or shops. The main bedroom has a QB and a KSB, ideal for parents who need to let their small child sleep in their room. Lounge/diner has a large digital TV, a selection of DVD's and a log fire. Kitchen has dishwasher.The rumpus room also has a TV and wood burner. In winter wood is provided for the first 2 days. Ducted air conditioning will keep you cool in summer. The bedrooms have quilts and pillows, you are asked to bring your top/bottom sheets/pillowcases for hygiene reasons, also towels and tea towels. For your relaxation there are a selection of books, board games and CD's.

Locality

Normanville is located approx. 75k's from Adelaide, SA on the Fleurieu Peninsula. The shopping areas and beach are a 5 minute walk from Garden House. In the main street you will find a Supermarket,Bakery, Chemist and DVD hire to name but a few. A internet cafe and several food takeaways are also close by.
A short 40 minute drive away you can visit Victor Harbor, local wineries or the Deep Creek Conservation Park. Enjoy a spot of golf at the Lady Bay golf course approx a 10 minute drive.

Property

Pillows and quilts are provided but you should bring a top/bottom sheet and pillow cases. Linen & towels can be provided at an extra cost, please request.
The main bedroom has an ensuite and WIR, the other 2 bedrooms have BIR.
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and crockery and has a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and dishwasher. Filtered drinking water tap.
The laundry has a modern water saving washing machine.
2 towels and throws are provided for doggie use.
Dog bowls are provided and there is a doggie door for smaller size dogs.
It would be appreciated if dogs remain on the slated floor areas and not on carpets or in bedrooms.

The rear of the property is fully and securely fenced and a lawn for children to play safely. Several board games are provided and children"s DVD's. Operation of DVD player under parental supervision only. There is a fold out bed provided and there is room to have this in the main bedroom for smaller children.

Wirrina boat ramp is a 20 minute drive away. This historical Rapid Bay Jetty for the best fishing 30 minute drive.

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Secure, fully fenced running area, Food and water bowls provided, Bedding/sleeping area provided.

Small dogs can use the doggie door to the slated floor area, and sleep in the laundry.
For larger dogs there is a secure fenced running yard with a shed for sleeping or they can sleep under the veranda. Dogs inside are only permitted on the slated tile area and must be supervised at all times. Please ensure you clear the garden of doggie do's before you leave.

Whale Watching

Whales are often seen off local beaches during the winter months. Please contact the SA Whale Centre Office at Victor Harbor for more information. Open every day excluding Xmas Day.

Wine Appreciation

Several local wineries are located in the area and McLaren Vale is a 30 minute drive with excellent cellar door wine trails and eateries.
