In a heritage-listed street of historic Mount Gambier, this restored cottage will delight with its spacious living areas, high ceilings and attractive timber floors.
Large modern kitchen/dining room with dishwasher. Beautifully restored mahogany fireplaces in the living room and two of the three bedrooms. Modern bathroom with spa bath and separate toilet. Huge enclosed back yard with established garden.
