Apartments on Tolmie offers 1 x 3 bedroom or 3 x 2 bedroom modern brick homettes each with a lock up garage and private garden/courtyard.

The 3 bedroom has King, Queen and Double beds and a Double sofa bed in the living room, sleeping up to 8 people. It has a large 2 person spa bath.

The 2 bedroom has a Queen Bed in the Main bedroom and either a Double and single bed or Double bed in the second bedroom and a Double sofa bed in the living room, sleeping up to 7 people.

A portacot, highchair or single foldaway bed is available on request.

The kitchens are large with full size fridge/freezer, dishwashers, oven and hotplates.

Saeco Espresso Coffee machines are provided in all apartments with fresh coffee beans, and a quality tea selection.

Free wireless Internet and local telephone calls are provided.

Laundries are equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

The 3 bedroom has a dining table seating 8 people and reverse cycle heating/cooling system.

The 2 bedroom living rooms have a dining table seating 6 people and 2 or 3 sofas with Gas Heating in the living room, and Ducted cooling throughout the property.

All bedrooms have oil column heaters and electric blankets on all beds will ensure you keep warm.

All linen including 100% Down or Wool Quilts are provided and a generous supply of fresh towels. Bathrobes are provided in the 3 bedroom only.

Each apartment has a private garden courtyard and lock up garage. 3 bedroom has Double garage and large undercover deck with patio blinds.

We do accept pets in some 2 bedroom apartments by arrangement.

The Apartments are all located on one property and suitable for several families or groups travelling together.

The apartment was very clean and modern. It had so many extras that you normally don't get. Comfortable beds and clean showers. Well done, it was great.

We have stayed here 3 times now and we would not stay anywhere else. It is so very clean and we have everything we need thanks to our hosts all we can say is its a beautiful place to stay.

Located 2 km north of the city centre off Penola Road. Only 3 km from the Famous Blue Lake. 50km South of the Coonawarra Wineries.

Modern brick homettes, each is single story and has a lock up garage with remote roller door. Built in 1996 as permanent residences and now used for holiday accommodation.
