Zak's Shack is a basic, comfortable pet friendly property and is ideal for those looking for budget accommodation. All (quality) linen and towels are supplied.

The property is fully fenced with plenty of space for pets and children to play in the backyard. There is a BBQ on the deck, carport parking for one car and located a short stroll to restaurants and shops. A short drive or bike ride will lead you to the river, supermarket and specialty stores.

The property consists of 3 good size bedrooms - 1 x Queen, 1 x Double and 1 x Set of Bunks; Bathroom with Shower and Toilet; Separate 2nd Toilet; Large Laundry including Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board; Lounge/Dining Room with seating for 6; Kitchen with Kettle, Toaster, Fridge, Microwave, Sandwich Press, Variety of Crockery, Glassware and Cutlery as well as Cookware; Drying Cupboard; Split System Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner in Living area; BBQ and Outdoor Seating on Deck; Carport.

Locality

The property is located in Tawonga South near Mount Beauty and approximately half an hour to Falls Creek ski resort and twenty minutes to Bright. Situated at the gateway to the Alpine National Park there are many things to see and do such as Bush Walking, Bike Riding, Horse Riding and visiting the Historical Cattleman's Huts on the High Plains.

There are also beautiful local wineries to visit such as Annapurna and Ceccanti, superb restaurants featuring local produce and boutique stores. You can bring your own bikes or kayaks and fish or take the dogs for a swim in the nearby river or pondage.

Property

Zac's Shack has a drying room suitable for ski and snowboard storage in winter and the large inside laundry provides secure storage for road and mountain bikes. There is a large fully fenced yard suitable for children and pets (although supervision is recommended). We are in a very quiet location and whilst being a great place to use as a base for exploring the area, it is also a great place to simply sit back and relax on the deck with a glass of wine and appreciate the mountain views.
