The ground floor apartment boasts newly polished floor boards, an open fireplace, big, separate kitchen and lounge room plus new bedroom and lounge furniture.

Its good size patio with (secure) courtyard setting is a bonus for sunny mornings or lazy summer nights.

Locality

Mt Lawley is an extremely central suburb.

The cafe strip is impressive and growing, with boutique eateries and speciality bistros providing options for all pockets. There are small nightclubs providing entertainment, an award-winning wine bar and one of Perth's most prestigious restaurants within walking distance.

There are 7-day supermarkets and exclusive shopping of all kinds close by.

It's a short bus ride to the cultural centre's museum, art gallery and library and Northbridge's entertainment.

There is a bowling green around the corner, tennis courts nearby and Perth's famed beaches are about 20 minutes away.

Wineries are an easy drive away or you can take a cruise from the city.

Whiteman's Park with its koalas and kangaroos is not too far away - perfect children's entertainment.

The apartment is in a small group of eight. The secure car park is at the rear.

These apartments are highly sought-after property and the owner has maintained and renovated the apartment to a high standard.
