Holiday house

The 3 bedroom house sleeps 7 people. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed. Bedroom 2 has a King single bed and a single trundle bed. The 3rd bedroom has a King single bed. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge room and also a formal Dining Room. There are two generous bathrooms, both with double vanities.Our home has two living areas.The house has polished wooden floors and is centrally heated throughout. The open plan kitchen is air-conitioned and leads onto an extensive entertaining area on a large back deck, which includes a 4 burner BBQ and a Weber BBQ. Enjoy a wine on the outside table which seats 8, or relax with a good book on the outside daybed. The spacious outdoor deck flows onto the pool and large back yard and mini basketball court. The house is north facing and catches beautiful harbour breezes.

Locality

The lower North Shore of Sydney is positioned between the city and the northern beaches. Mosman is a harbourside suburb with many beaches and surrounding bushland. It includes beautiful Balmoral Beach with the historic Bathers Pavillion on the promenade with views directly out to the Sydney Headlands.The famous Blue Mountains are an easy 2 hours drive from Mosman. You can also access the wine region of the Hunter Valley in the same time period.

Buses are available at the end of our street (2 minute walk). Ferry service to the city is a 10 minute walk from home. The famous Taronga Park Zoo is a 10 minute walk away.

Our house is child and pet friendly. It is very close to public transport, including ferry and bus. Handy to cinemas, shops, and cafes in Mosman and Cremorne. Easy access to the city and beaches. Double garage, pool, basketball court, plenty of room for games in the back yard. Ample books, videos and games to suit teenagers.

Pet friendly

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Secure, fully fenced running area, Bedding/sleeping area provided.

Only dogs that do NOT shed hair are permitted inside. e.g. a poodle
