The kitchen is French provincial with an extra large Ilve stainless steel stove, a dishwasher and 520 litre fridge. A large walk in pantry completes this attractive area. Double French doors open onto a large family BBQ and entertaining area with a table that seats 10, opening up many entertaining possibilities.



There is a heated inground swimming pool on a lower level, which is completely private.The wonderful thing about the proximity of this property is that it is a 5 minute walk to some of the best shopping in Sydney. The choice of restaurants are endless, not to mention some great boutique Pubs.



Public transport couldn't be better. Buses leave on the corner of our street regularly, which take you to the city and North Sydney. Then a 5 minute walk will give you bus travel in all directions



We have wonderful foreshore walks, which you will enjoy. They cover an extensive shoreline, an experience you will remember forever.
