Balmoral Beach Retreat offers you everything you need. Enjoy the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon.
It is a large 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom (including luxury marble ensuite off master bedroom) The court yard is accessed by both the living room and the newly refurbished kitchen (incl bosche stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and marble benchtops) making it a great place to entertain.
The unit is equiped with a large Balinese 8 seater teak dining table. Oversized leather couches, big screen TV with foxtel and surround sound, family size internal laundry, off street undercover security parking for 2 cars.
If you like the outdoors nearby you can rent, kayaks, sail, snorkle, and lets not forget the countless bushwalks (Spit to Manly, Clifton Gardens, Bradley's Head, Cremorne Point)
If you are coming to work there is a public transport 50m away which will take you direcly into Sydney CBD in about 20 minutes.
