Only 1 couple (or 2 couples travelling together) can be accommodated at any one time ensuring that you do not have to mingle with strangers.

Your gourmet cooked breakfasts are delivered to you each morning in the cottage.
Vegetarian, low carb and vegan breakfasts are available, just let us know your requirements prior to your arrival so we can be sure to have fresh produce of your choice available.
The property is an adult retreat, with no childrens facilities.Your cottage has a bedroom, bathroom, dressing room and spacious lounge room with both a double sofa and a sofa bed,for that second couple you may be travelling with.

Our gardens around the property are picture book beautiful all year round. The beds of roses, cottage perennials and fragrant herbs are a continual blaze of colour and perfume.
Our vegetable garden and fruit trees are abundant with produce for guests to enjoy in season.
Several large shady trees offer cool areas to relax on those warmer days.
Wedding photography is also popular in the gardens for bridal couples staying in the cottage.

We have 5 Alpacas - all boys who are cute, friendly, very inquisitive but also timid with strangers. They enjoy meeting the guests and being fed lucerne hay or a carrot as a special treat.
Alpaca products for sale: Our alpaca fleece has been spun into 8 ply yarn,knitted beanies and scarves, alpaca pillows throw rugs and cot quilts are all available for purchase.
Guests are not permitted inside the alpaca paddocks but are welcome to feed them over the fence.
The alpacas are shorn once a year around Christmas time.

The cottage has a queen bed in the bedroom & a double innerspring pullout sofa bed in the separate lounge room. All linen, doonas, pillows etc are supplied for both sleeping areas as are all bathroom towels etc.
A portacot with linen blankets etc is also available should this be required for infants.
